Winter Music Conference is one of the biggest music conferences ever assembled, and it’s the biggest dance music and EDM conference in the world. In 2015, WMC will be entering its thirtieth year, which means it has been around almost since the first house and hip-hop DJs began spinning records. The conference is held in Miami, and it includes DJ battles, music workshops, trade shows, exhibits and a South Beach session. When you register for the conference, you get access to all of these events, with the exception of the special workshops focused on remixing and editing, which require separate admission. The WMC is such as huge gathering, it attracts more than one billion unique viewer impressions per year, as well as more than 2,000,000 site visitors from more than 200 countries. During the WMC 2014, almost 2,000 artists and DJs participated in close to 400 performances and events throughout 110 music venues in Miami Beach.

You can register online, by fax or by email, and registration includes access to all of the panels, seminars, question-and-answer sessions, demo workshops, trade shows, exhibits, DJ and VJ battles and other official WMC events, with the exception of the Remixing and Editing Workshops and one or two VIP events. Registration for the main event must be received by November 19, 2014, and other events have later deadlines. The cost of the main registration is $250, while the Remixing and Editing Workshop admission costs $75. Deadlines for the WMC Guide, Exhibit Stand, List, Music Compilation CD, Demo Listening Workshop and DJ and VJ battles is during February 2015. Deadlines for the eLounge Video Kiosk and Sample Sack advertisements is during March 2015.

Not only is the WMC 2015 a great place for music lovers of all nationalities to get together and learn about their favourite interest, it’s a great opportunity for businesses of all sizes to reach new customers. Events at the WMC can be sponsored by businesses, and in return, sponsors receive branding on WMC 2015 merchandise, such as the Guide, which explains all of the music conference events to visitors, and the List, which lists all the exhibitions, workshops and sessions in detail. Sponsors also get their logos printed on the WMC Sample Sack, which is handed out to all conference delegates. Another great place to see your company’s logo is on the WMC event lanyard, which is worn around the neck of every delegate to attend the conference. Additionally, sponsors have the chance to include a song on the official WMC compilation CD, which is passed out to all delegates during the conference. Sponsors promoting artists also receive air time on the eLounge Video Kiosk, which is placed in the center of the area with the highest foot traffic, giving everyone a chance to see it.
